A bet is not confirmed until 777cbcom issues a bet confirmation reference number to the player. Bets submitted during a system disruption or connectivity issue may not be accepted and will not create any obligation on 777cbcom. If a bet is not accepted you will be notified and your stake will be returned.

If an error results in significantly incorrect odds being available on a market (a "palpable error"), 777cbcom reserves the right to void bets placed at those erroneous odds and return stakes. If an event is abandoned before the minimum time required for a result to stand (as specified in sport-specific rules), all bets on that event are voided and stakes returned. If an event is postponed and does not take place within 36 hours of the original scheduled start time, bets are voided and stakes returned. Bets placed on outright tournament markets are not affected by individual match postponements.
In-play betting markets at 777cbcom are subject to temporary suspension during key moments in a match, during data feed interruptions or when significant events occur that require odds recalculation.
